Progression bar not showing

Hello,

I just configured the Free Shipping bar plugin and the features are really interesting!

However, I can’t display the progression bar on top of the normal bar even if the options are well configured. Please see in this screenshot what I have selected in the plugin options, and what kind of display should be presented:

As we have a multi-site, could you please check this for the site “Nature Zen Canada” and “Nature Zen Europe” ?

Your help would be really appreciated to solve this, as it is the core aspect of the plugin and we would love to have that feature showing!
