Question about email size

Hi, due to email over 102KB, the emails are cut in gmail and a button is shown to read more, but this “breaks” the layout of the email.
After checking the email source, i see that images are loaded from the external url, it seems that there are too many characters in divs for styling, for example font declaration in every element, etc.

Is it possible to load the same css (like font, etc) one time in a <style> element and not in every element in order to get some extra space to have our emails shown ass full and not a part of them?
