Question About Filtering Product Change Emails by Price Change Threshold

I have a question regarding the product change email notifications in your plugin.

Is there an existing option in the plugin to filter price change emails so that notifications are only sent when the price change exceeds a certain threshold? For example, can the plugin be configured to send price change notifications only if the change is greater than 5 dollars, and not send notifications for changes below this amount?
