Question about the plugin

I’ve installed the plugin, but I’m having difficulties making it work properly.

1- I managed to get it to display approximate prices for my current country, but the currency switcher isn’t changing from US dollars to euros or pounds. How can I configure the plugin to display approximate prices for all currencies?

2- I need to force specific countries to checkout using US dollars due to economic issues they’re facing. How can I implement this?

3- How to add switcher on the menu-bar
