Question about updating orders

I did a complete import from our Shopify store into Woocommerce and everything went smooth. All the customers, orders and products are there now.

But I did the Import a couple weeks ago and before the site goes live I need to update it so all the orders that have been created in Shopify in the last couple weeks to be imported into Woocommerce (along with any new customers, etc).

What is the best way to do that without creating duplicates, etc.?
