When I add a Quick reply, some user responds the question but the chatbot stops working for that user. How do I solve that problem?
On the other hand, is there a possibility that in the “Customers section” there is the option to delete the records or some? this in order to purge that data from the database, since many of these clients have irrelevant or unnecessary data.
