reCAPTCHA Error When Submitting Form with Previously Subscribed Email

I am facing an issue with the form submission process. When I enter an already subscribed email (e.g., shubham@rvsmedia.com), then enter a new valid email, I receive the following error:

“reCAPTCHA score 0.1 lower than threshold 0.5”

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the form page.
Enter an already subscribed email (e.g., shubham@rvsmedia.com).
Submit the form (this may trigger an error or rejection).
Now, enter a new valid email.
Submit the form again.
The error message appears: “reCAPTCHA score 0.1 lower than threshold 0.5”.

Troubleshooting Attempts:

Verified reCAPTCHA v3 keys and integration.
Checked whether the reCAPTCHA score is consistently low after an initial failure.
Cleared cache and tried in an incognito window.
No validation issues found in form settings.
