Rees Real Estate Theme

Hi Guys,

Asking this in Pre Sales section because i was not able to find any topic for it under support. I came across Rees Real Estate Theme and have a few questions:

1. Does the plugin come with a theme or i have to install a theme separately
2. How do you compare your plugin with Houzez Theme? can you please provide a breakdown of features OR at least identify the features which are only available with your plugin
3. Does your plugin provide an option to charge real estate companies for listing properties?
4. Can i also use this plugin to have a rental website like Airbnb
5. What new features do you plan to provide in the future
6. Are you guys open to custom development?
7. How can i import bulk properties and do you provide a scrapper through which i can add properties from multiple websites? I am asking this because i already have a scrapper plugin which imports products in to WooCommerce from multiple websites but as a Simple Product.

I will be installing and playing around with your plugin tonight and would appreciate if you can respond to the following and do you have chat support if i become a paid customer? Maybe Skype or WhatsApp?
