As per the ticket logged 2 DAYS AGO on codecanyon……

The above item does not work with specific Woocommerce products, namely Bookable items, which is not listed anywhere on the seller’s description of the plugin.

I have reached out to them directly and had no reply so we need to have the funds returned in order to purchase a plugin that operates correctly.

Please arrange the funds to be returned to our balance so that we purchase the correct version and continue with the project. Thank you
