Refund Request

Hi, I have tried reaching out to you a few times through https://villatheme.com/contact-us/, but I haven’t heard anything. I ordered the license for the Woocommerce Orders Tracking plugin a few days ago. It wasn’t clear to me that I needed an additional paid monthly sub to another vendor for everything to work as described. Knowing that now, I have decided to go in a different direction and have already uninstalled it. Please provide a refund promptly.
