Remove site the key is registered to

Hi

I activated the key on our staging site and am unable to activate it on the live environment. Can please remove the current activated url.

Also, is it possible to have one key active on both our staging and live environment as I need to ensure the plugin is up to date for testing purposes before I make updates on the live environment.
