Remove top bar notification from the blog page

Hi there, you have helped me remove the free shipping bar from the site as I am using shortcode in a top bar slider. However, on the blog page, the top bar notification is still there. Can you remove it please? https://theenglishsoapcompany.com/about-us/blog/

It was also showing on the my account page and I added a conditional tag in the assign page to stop this, but that has been removed, and the top bar is showing again. I need it removed there too please.
