Renewals not working for support or plugin

I purchased WooCommerce Email Template Customizer through Envato last year. WP-admin showed a message that the plugin needs to be renewed. I clicked the button which took me to my downloads on Envato. The only thing I saw to purchase was to extend support so I did.

I went to my account page with you (here on this site) and did an account verify. Nothing changed. I tried to open a support ticket, but it says I have no support time left. Therefore, I’m contacting “Pre-Sale”.

Please fix my account so the plugin is current and I can open a support ticket.
