Repeated fields in order tracking table

I’m using both order tracking and email template customizer plugins for my WordPress site. My settings are:
“Manage tracking by” is set to “Order items only – Each item has it’s own tracking number”
“Multi track per item” is set to “Unlimited”.
With these settings, the tracking order table in Email template customizer shows repeated fields. Eg, if I add one tracking number, each product tracking rows become 2. If I add two tracking numbers, the rows become 4. And so own. I need your help to find a fix please.
