Report for Abandoned Cart and Order

Hi,

I need clarification regarding the abandoned order report. In the report covering the past 90 days, there were 1806 Abandoned Orders but only 7 Email sent. I have configured the abandoned cart email to be sent 24 hours after the cart is abandoned. Could you please explain how this discrepancy occurred?

Additionally, to verify if emails have been successfully sent for Abandoned Orders, can you confirm whether the screenshot below reflects the email has been sent for the pending payment? I have set up the abandoned order email to be sent 24 hours after the order is abandoned. How can I view a comprehensive report of the emails that have been sent?
