Requesting Refund

Hello,

I wish to request a refund for the Thank You Page Customizer plugin. It loads on the customizer end but when I publish the changes, the thank you page is even worse than before. The plugin doesn’t work out of the box and I don’t have the energy to deal with support for basic issues out of the box. Please issue refund via CodeCanyon.
