reset license

I have connected Aliexpress dropshipping extension with my store and I have done this successfully. I have also imported products by using the explanation but when I try to fulfill any order, I get a pop-up message that you can’t fulfill the order, the Aliexpress dropshipping extension has not connected with the store.
