restrict number of reviews not working when billing email

Hello Support team,

Some of our customers have complained that they couldn’t leave a review even though they have bought the product.
We have activated the plugin’s feature to restrict number of reviews ‘by number of times the customer bought that product’.

It seems that customers that have changed their billing email address from their user_email at the order page are seeing this issue.

We have tested and confirmed this.
– Different user email address and billing email address -> “Only customers who bought this product can leave a review” alert message is displayed.
– Changed the billing email address of the order to match the user’s email_address -> User can leave review

Could it be possible to change this to count the order of products by user_id, if the customer has an account so that customers providing different email address could also leave a review?
