Retrieving customer e-mail address as {code}

Hi,

I want to include a custom link in the e-mail (to take the customer directly to a return portal with their information), like website.com/return?email=EMAIL&order_number={order_number}

The order number I can get with the tag above, but how can I get the customer’s e-mail address?
