Review count on product page

Hi,
I love the plugin. I give 5 stars for the design and functionality 😉
However, I have 2 issues:
1- I don’t see the product count on the product page and product-archive pages. I did tick V for reviews count.
2- My reviews come from another app, which I have exported and imported as a CSV. My time stamp in the CSV is 19/05/2020 14:26:31. In mistake I imported it as Y-m-d H:i:s.
I think I should have imported it as Y/m/d H:i:s
Now all of the dates are showing wrong. What can I do?
