After using your plugin to import reviews from Amz and making some modifications, I assigned proper product IDs but did not modify the Comment IDs as I wanted to keep them the same. However, when I uploaded the file using your import option, instead of updating the existing reviews, it created duplicate/new reviews: https://www.screencast.com/t/mQZsJcyoNHc
