Review reminder doesn’t send out

    Dear Support,

    The manually sent review reminder seems okay and I got a message with “Sent 20:21” (but the local time its 19:21 btw) but customer didn’t get the reminder and I can’t see in WP Mail Logging.

    Our order emails sent, but the review reminders doesn’t. Where can I check SMTP settings?
