Review Stars are visible but the Review Tab is blank

Dear Support,

Is your plugin compatible with WP Optimize? I believe there is some incompatibility that is causing the review tab not to show reviews. The star sign is visible, even the reviews are present with images in the comment section of the product, but the reviews are not visible in the review tab.
