Reviews cannot be left

Hi there, I’ve tried to run a photo review test myself off my phone however after I rate and leave feedback and upload photos, it takes me to a page saying: “Opps. That page cannot be found.”
I had that issue with the free version hence why I upgraded, thinking perhaps it would work with the full version, but it doesn’t 🙁 Please help!
