Reviews cause some issues when shortcode is use in Elementor

We are trying to add reviews using Elementor in our description at the top. We can see the reviews when we edit it, however when we save changes the whole description disappears. We are not sure what is causing the problem

If you log in and try to edit using elementor you will see the reviews. Once reviews shortcode is removed the problem will be gone.
