reviews from shortcode not showing on mobile

Hello, the reviews from the shortcode that displays reviews are not showing on my mobile device

it looks like this on my phone

It did flash quickly showing it nbut then disappears. I can see the reviews when testing in development mode in chrome but NOT on my phone
