Reviews no longer being posted

Hi,

I’ve recently noticed that I am not able to post reviews on my site through your plugin. I’ve submitted test reviews in an incognito window using the add review widget I added to a 1 product page. Each time, no review appeared and the page immediately redirects to the product page. On the product page, reviews submitted there also do not appear.

I would appreciate it if someone could look into this.
