Reviews orders option hangs up after submitting reviews of the first product

Hi,

I just found that Reviews orders option has some issues. When a customer tries to submit reviews for all purchased products per order one time only the first product review is getting submitted. And then the submit button ajax keeps loading and loading without any review submission for subsequent products in the order. Please check.
