Reviews section not showing up and stars does not have enough space to display

Regarding the display issue of star please refer to the attached image.

Even with the plugin activated, the review section still does not show up.
We even purchased the pro version but got nothing that we could use. Even a customer received the reminder for review, he could not leave one on the product because there is nothing to click on!!!
