Reviews with only stars enabled but it still shows the text as mandatory

Hello,

Thank you for your plugin. Installed successfully but when I want to enable reviews with only stars (no text), it still shows an asterisk near the text (as the text is mandatory by default in Woo). How could I remove this asterisk (number 1 on the snip)?

Is it possible to add some disclaimer above the review just where Woocommerce warns that the email will not be published (number 2 on the attached snip)?

The stars are also a bit strangely cut (2nd snip). Could you please have a look.
