    Hi, as already requested in the request of March 12, we have been experiencing for some time the problem of the departure of Templatea mail to users who have already purchased.
    A user receives the cart recovery email even if he has already purchased the product a few days before.
    How can you solve the problem and stop sending the recovery email to users who have already bought?
