Sending Review Reminder from Order not reliable

Hi support,

I’ve encountered problems which are,
(1) Automated Review Reminder doesn’t get sent every time. Once the order is marked as finished, the status stayed at “Pending” even though the timer has passed.
(2) Since automated doesn’t work always, so we have to manually send the review reminder email in admin Order page. But there is one problem (please refer to my attached screenshot), why it’s not being sent? The products in that order are still Published.
(3) I noticed that if the products in particular order are being deleted. The Review Reminder cannot be sent, even though we use manual action in admin Order page.
