Separate email template for updated tracking details

When tracking information is updated, we still have to send the default “WooCommerce Orders Tracking email”. There is no option to send a separate email to let the customer know that the tracking information he’s receiving is an updated one. Is it possible to define a separate email template to be used when tracking information is updated?
