Several problems (Location, Currency change thru pages and Bar)

Hi,

My problems are:
1) The plugin does not detect the person’s location.
Tried WooCommerce and External without success.

2) Currency reverts to default when navigating thru several pages.

3) Bar is not showing in some woocommerce pages I’ve set the following conditionals:
is_woocommerce() | is_cart() | is_checkout() | is_product_category() | is_shop() | is_product() | is_ajax()

So that it shows only on Product Category, Shop Page, Product, Cart and Checkout.
It is right now only showing on product page, certain category pages, cart and checkout.
