Several questions (ali tracking)

Hello,
I can’t use anymore the aliexpress API function. I asume it was due to the fact that my plugin wasn’t eligible for support anymore. So I paid to renew it.

Issues
1/ It still doesn’t work, I don’t understand what’s wrong. On your website, it says support is outdated. But it’s not.
2/ The aliexpress api still doesn’t work.
3/ We also got issues with the ali tracking plugin that doesn’t download the trackings into the orders.

Finaly, I don’t receive any emails from you when a topic got answered…
