Shipping bar does not change status after removing items from cart

    Hi Support,

    The shipping bar status does not change when you remove items from your cart.

    If I have 0 items in the cart it thinks I have free shipping

    I am using Wprocket and have enabled the caching option in the plugin as well.

    Also, how do I make the status bar not sticky?
