Shipping Bar don’t ignore Shipping Classes & Delete cart don’t reset bar

Hello,
The shipping bar is well installed, but there’s two errors:
1. I have defined the “Exclude shipping class”. But, every time I add that product to my cart, the bar still there’s calculating the remaining amount for free shipping.

2. When I clean my Cart, the bar don’t change the status: keeps showing me the remaining amount for free shipping.
