Shipping carrier options doesn’t appear

Hi,

Experiencing a few issues with this plugin.

1.When I go and try and set a default shipping carrier, as soon as I click anything on that shipping carrier options it goes away and disappears – Can’t select anything.

2. How do I get the track page? https://prnt.sc/cbsLlZ68Wnk6
I can see it when I go through the plugin link but there is no actual page that I could add it to my footer. Where is the page or what is the slug?

3. Selecting an email template – doesn’t come up with anything. I use customizer and there’s no option to be selected even though there are some templates on the backend. https://prnt.sc/ZepKb18ESwZC
