Shipping cost in other currency

I set the base currency to the euro. Another currency is the HUF. I only need to enter the euro price. Automatically converts the value to HUF. Working perfectly. But! Is it possible to enter the shipping costs in forints? Should the HUF be the base currency for shipping costs?
