Shipping cost is Not Available

Hi,

I have the same issue like others that when I import products, all the products’ shipping cost is Not Available.

I’ve tried the method https://prnt.sc/uUaqhLE0Qn_c
but it’s still not working.

Also my server is located in Australia, not Singapore.
