Shipping Cost Problem

Thanks for the perfect plugin.

I am using the Table Rate Shipping plugin on my website, and you have written it is compatible with your plugin. Your plugin converts the currency of the shipping cost but there is a problem.

When I use weight rule, for example:

0-2kg = 10USD
2-5kg = 20USD

There is no problem.

BUT, when I use price rule, for example:

IF order < 35 USD , shipping= 16.90 USD
IF order 35>order>99 USD, shipping= 9.90 USD
IF order >99 USD, shipping= 1.90 USD

Story: A customer buys an item 34 USD, and should pay 16.90 USD shipping cost.

If this customer change this currency to TRY (Or other high rate currency),

NOW, Subtotal will be 300 TRY (34 USD), and the shipping cost must be 150 TRY (16.90USD).

But the system perceive ORDER is over 99 USD now, and the shipping cost is 1.90 USD

So customer pays a shipping cost of just 1.90 USD with a 34 USD order.
