Hello,
I’m facing a problem where lots of customers are reporting that when they check the shipping status, they receive a message stating “Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders.”
When they use the link provided in the email, with the order number and tracking number populated, they always get the message “Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders.”
However, when they remove the tracking number, the shipping information is displayed correctly.
