Shipping options in checkout

Hi,
I purchased the plugin yesterday and am checking and learning. I don’t fully understand how to get the AliExpress shipping options to show and the shipping cost to be added to the cart/checkout. Do I need to create options in Woocommerce shipping, or can I somehow import the shipping options with the product info from AliExpress? If I enable Front-End shipping, it shows the options and costs, and the price seems to be added to the shipping option cost created in Woocommerce shipping. Is this correct? I have tested back and forth and am not sure. I’m using the Flatsome theme. Please help me understand the shipping part of the plugin (vs. Woocommerce shipping options).
