Shipping prices

Hi, I am trying the plugin on woocommerce.

When buying a poduct will the plugin add the shipping costs automatically?

And also, if I set up the plugin, use it and after change the plugin settongs, will it change accordingly for all the products or I will have to import the products after I change the settings?
