Esteban IbáñezParticipantGood evening and sorry for my lack of knowledge of the English language, I will use Google translator since my mother tongue is Spanish.
Today I bought a license for the “WooCommerce Email Template Customizer” plugin since I loved the free version.
It is an ecommerce project that sells digital products all over the world, the website is displayed in two languages: Spanish and English, and for translations I use the “TranslatePress – Multilingual” plugin
Although they indicate that their plugin has compatibility with WPML, I have seen that with “TranslatePress” the Apply by languages rule is also activated.
My intention is to send Woocommerce emails in Spanish to clients who have the selected language Spanish and the same with English.
To do this, I have created two “order completed” emails (one in each language) and I have applied its language rule to each one.
The problem is that, even if an order is placed with the page in English language mode, the “order completed” email that arrives is in Spanish, of course the one sent in Spanish also arrives in Spanish.
I have reviewed all the plugin documentation but I can’t find the solution.
I need help, thank you.Attachments:
