shipping selection not showing in product pages and while ceckout

Hi
I have enabled frontend shipping enabled

Iam not getting all shipping methods in product pags. It always shows (Free shipping to india) refer to Image 1 in attachment.

While check out also theres no shipping costs or selection not showing

i want to show shipping selecting in product pages and cart and show total amount product + shipping cost in subtotal
