shipping tracking for Global Cainiao

    Hi, I’ve tried to add Global Cainiao as a shipping carrier but I keep receiving the message that shipping is unavailable, please try again later.

    I’ve added it using following the tutorial (see attached image), but it won’t recognise it.

    I can track it directly from the trackingmore page so it should be working.

    Interestingly when I add the tracking number to the order I get a message saying that my TrackingMore balance is insufficient. However, as you can see by the second image I’ve attached I’ve not used any of my quota.

    Would you mind taking a look to see what the issue is please?
