shortcode adding problems

I have a flatsome special product page design, I created it custom with ux builder and added it and added a shortcode to the comment field. But after adding it this way, certain areas of your plugin appear at the bottom of the site’s footer area and I couldn’t figure out how to remove them.

I also wanted to create the view with a load more button instead of pagination, so I added different options such as grid from the plugin settings, but it did not make any changes to the settings on the front end of the site. I am sharing the shortcode I added with you.
