Shortcode does not work on product page

Hello ,

I’m using divi as a builder and i cant use the shortcode , returning error “Products are not found” (image 1)

In normal page, work fine (image 2) , but with divi normal page or product page , or normal woocommerce product it fails.

I need it to work in product page for seo and rating purposes . Even wihout being a product , i could add a separate widget for review but i cant use in divi so ..

I’m using other shortcodes in divi , they work .
