shortcode for all reviews not displaying reviews on mobile device

Hi, I am using the shortcode to display all reviews on a dedicated “Customer Reviews” page on our site. It is working fine on desktop browsers, but the reviews are not displaying on mobile devices.

The shortcode being used is:
